International customers — final amounts are subject to exchange rates applied by your card or payment provider.

DELIVERIES

Most items are made to order and may take up to 5 days to complete.
Once ready, orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Custom-made pieces, including bespoke sizes, may take up to 14 days. You’ll be advised within 48 hours of purchase with an estimated completion time.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Exchanges or store credits may be offered within 2 weeks of delivery if items are unworn and in original condition.

Custom or one-off designs may not be eligible for exchange or resizing.
Additional fees and postage costs may apply.

Items remain your responsibility until safely returned. Please use a tracked and insured method.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
